President Miss Andrea Mitchell has many years of experience in the management, insurance and the lending industry. She started her career in customer service switched to general insurance, finance and finally to management positions. In the year of 2006 Miss Mitchell advanced her career to the financial service industry and started AMR Capital Group in the leasing and financing sector. Since ever since she is working within the consulting, management, insurance and investing sector. She has developed strong business relationships with leading funding sources in leasing, financing, acquisitions, mergers and investing into privately owned opportunities within the oil & gas, the renewable energy and real estate sector throughout a wide range of operations on an International Base. She overlooks the operations for the mining, energy and real estate projects. The AMR-Team has immense experience in international consulting, structuring and managing companies and handles all the capital request for projects in mining, oil & gas exploration/ production, alternative energy as well as manufacturing, real estate, black/ blue water marina and airline projects. Ensuring correct allocation of budgets, preparing bids, analyzing, structuring and presenting solutions, accurate project costs projections, if it is managed properly and compares them with other operational projects. Managing investor relations, budgets, preparing input and forecast for project cost in the construction phase, general advisory from startups to operational and mergers/ acquisition, ongoing problem solving, advice to managers and owners of the projects to prevent failure when the funding ends. Design and presenting of power point’s, business plans approvals, contracts, marketing, sales, financing and leasing as well as meeting with International Ministries for permitting, EPC’s or O&M contracting negotiations. As well as team building, seats on board of directors, advisory, management, sales, marketing of technologies and facilities for alternative energy. Acquiring new customers, developing relationships with business owners/ managements and introducers such as accountants, lawyers, managers and consultants, etc, overall working in a global team environment of highly respected and motivated independent consultants for structuring and technology planning based on their engineering background and working experience in North America, Europe and the Middle East, etc. fluent in German and English.

Dr. Everton Flemmings leads AOE’s global strategic management responsibility, driving strategic programs that unlock the potential that Science and Technology has to improve people’s lives in sustainable Renewable Energy sector. Mr. Flemmings is an Alumni at the University of Wolverhampton, School of Business, in the United Kingdom, where he received a Diploma in Business Finance, BA (Hons) (2.1) and an MBA, Completed a PHD in Economics of Public Policy Management within the Renewable Energy Sector. He is a registered accredited Strategic Management Consultant both in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and China. Dr. Flemmings extensive skills in the areas of Foreign Direct Investment, Global Business Strategy and Policy Management, has been retained by many Clients, who has appointed him as their Strategic Management Consultant to the Far East, the Caribbean, Canada, USA including China and Hong Kong. He founded the British based Ethnic & European Enterprise Network in the West Midland Region of the UK, as a response to Regional Government Policy shift to deal with entrepreneurial ship among new emerging Eastern European Businesses and in particular the Iraqi/ Kurdish, Bosnian and Slovakian Business communities within the West Midland. Whilst serving as Financial Policy Adviser to the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and Advantage West Midlands (AWM), the UK Regional Development Agency during his role as a non executive board member and policy adviser with the West Midlands Regional Business Forum. Dr. Flemmings is currently the Director of Policy and Global Strategy for AOE Company Ltd, an International Energy Management Consultant Firm in China, an Expert Consultant to the Netherlands’ largest Consultancy firm ECORYS under the Special Framework of Assistance (SFA) 2002 assignment with the European Union (EU) his role is to provide technical assistance through strategic planning, policy mentoring, training on operational standards and implementing a range of capacity building program's to global SME's.
